It is the name of the national exposition of our country, for the first time in such a scale that is presented in a separate pavilion taking into account the tourist features of all regions of our country, demonstrating the tour potential of world-known historical cities of the republic. The rich cultural heritage of the people is reflected in the separate stands provided by the leading museums of Uzbekistan.
The major tourist agencies of our country offer a wide choice of both cultural-informative and active tours, thereby demonstrating rather wide diversity of tourist routes of Uzbekistan.
Ecological, folklore-ethnographic, scientifically-educational types of tourism enjoy great popularity among foreign travelers. Among foreigners there are enough those loving extreme tourism – all-year-round mountain climbing, rafting, tracking, horse or bicycle tours, jeep-safari on deserts.
Uzbekistan also possesses unique natural recreational zones. Therefore, the national exposition places much emphasis on the infrastructure of tourism and rest, development of recreational zones and sanatoria for receiving local and foreign tourists.
